Greystone Inspection is a family owned and operated business founded in 2012. We started out as an inspection service company in the oil and gas field. When the industry slowed down in 2015, Greystone opened up to residential inspections. With the drive, experience, and attention to detail, it was a perfect fit.

Now, Greystone focuses on residential and commercial inspections in Oklahoma. Greystone has the technology and knowledge to protect your investment. About Inspections

If you are buying or selling a home, an inspection helps better your odds. Much like you can have a lemon for a vehicle, you can have a home that is a lemon as well.

A typical home inspection takes 2 1/2 - 3 hours on average. Most reports are complete the same day giving you the information you need to proceed with the property in question. All reports are easy to read and show each component in great detail.

Clients are encouraged to be onsite during the inspection so you can see the items on the report in person and go over any questions or concerns you may have. This also gives the client the opportunity to meet me in person and be comfortable knowing who will be handling their inspection.
​
A pre-inspection agreement is required and must be signed by the client prior to the inspection. This agreement lists what will be covered and what will not be covered during the inspection along with the cost of the inspection fee. A copy will be provided to the client along with the report.
